Product

It's a soft, mineral-rich powder formed from ancient volcanic ash. Mixed with water, it becomes a smooth paste you apply like a mask. As it dries, it gently lifts surface oil and buildup — then rinses away clean. You'll feel a light tightening as it dries; that's the clay doing its work.

Our clay is sourced from a single, known deposit in the Mojave Desert of California. The region’s dry climate and deep natural reserves help protect the clay’s purity and mineral integrity.

“325 mesh” refers to how finely the clay is milled. A higher mesh number means a finer powder. Our 325-mesh clay feels smooth and refined — it mixes easily, applies evenly, and rinses cleanly without a gritty texture.

Mix 1 part clay with 3 parts water or apple cider vinegar. Let stand 2–3 minutes to thicken, then adjust to preference.

Combine 1 part clay with 3 parts water until smooth. Apply to damp scalp or hair for 10–15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly before it fully dries. Follow with conditioner

For underarms, mix 1 part clay to 3 parts water and apply for a few minutes before rinsing. For foot soaks, stir ¼ cup into warm water, soak 10–15 minutes, then rinse and dry thoroughly

Always use glass, ceramic, wood, or food-grade plastic tools. Avoid metal bowls or utensils, as metal can react with the clay’s natural minerals.

Keep the clay dry, sealed, and away from moisture or strong odors. When stored properly, dry clay has a naturally long shelf life.

Safety And Use

Yes, our Mojave Pure clay is 100% natural and free from additives. If you have sensitive skin, start with a short application time and monitor how your skin responds. Always rinse before the mask fully dries.

Generally yes — clay masks can complement most routines. Use it on clean skin, rinse thoroughly, and avoid applying acids or exfoliants immediately afterward. Always moisturize post-use.

Avoid metal utensils, letting the mask dry completely, and applying to broken or sunburned skin. Skip a face application the same week as a chemical exfoliant. For hair and scalp use, rinse thoroughly to avoid dryness.

Animin can be used on most domestic animals — including dogs, cats, and horses — for topical use or occasional internal use. Consult your veterinarian before beginning any new supplement or topical routine.
